What My Content Creation Clients Say

"We recently worked with RL Creative Studios on some marketing support for Alcea Consulting and found the experience very positive. Rachel brought energy, creativity and a fresh perspective to our messaging. It was helpful to have someone external to challenge our thinking and help us articulate our services. She was responsive, engaged and genuinely interested in understanding our business. We appreciated her support and ideas and wish her every success. We would recommend her to businesses looking for creative marketing input."

How This Service Helps

Increasing the brand awareness online for a business requires a structured approach. When the business is attracting new customers online, naturally the services/products it is selling need to be visually appealing, provide clear information on them, and now in 2026 with AI; showing the face behind the brand is even more important. These aspects are what I ensure are included in my Content shoots wherever possible.

Boost Your Content In 3 Easy Steps

1. Consultation

Like with all of my services, we will have a Marketing meeting online or in person to discuss your requirements. If there is scope for us to work together, I will create your bespoke quote and send it to your email. Then the agreement, signatures to exchange, and then we start!

2. Planning

To ensure the shoot helps you to achieve your goals and you can get the most out of it, we will discuss a shot list.

The total amount of content divided by your content pillars determines how much content of each subject we will create, of which the shot list will inform.

3. Delivery

Post shoot editing, uploading to shared platform (this can take a while) and follow up with you to confirm the content being ready, and what you'd like to do next.

RL Creative Studios

  • Most of the time when I do this service for clients, they are also using my Social Media Management. The two creates the perfect package for boosting brand awareness online, as I can get a thorough understanding of your online audience, what makes them engage, and what their pain points are. This can be targeted during the Content shoot. And for the Client, they don't have to worry about sharing the content onto another Social Media Manager, and the extra work that creates.

  • I am a very creative person, and I know I see things others don't, or haven't thought of. When creating content to make a business shine online, I use this to my advantage, and the return on investment generated for the Client speaks for itself.

  • Paired well with my other Marketing services, this shoot can be the first stepping stone to helping you with your Digital Marketing across the business.

Other Agencies

  • Other businesses usually offer other services that fit nicely alongside the Content Creation. Often it's Social Media Management or strategy, but it can occasionally be Drone footage as well.

  • Not many Marketing Consultants I have come across can do a Content Creation shoot, but then provide shot ideas using the products and getting the owner to explain certain things about them, based off the Marketing Strategy we wrote together.

  • Not many Social Media Managers I have come across can do a Content Creation shoot for a client using their phone, and all the other content equipment (tripod, mics etc). But then also have the camera for a Photography shoot at the same time. Both methods creating images for Marketing platforms, but both being used in quite different ways. Content made for Social Media (mostly in portrait mode) but Photography for websites primarily, and then other Marketing material secondary.

Frequently Asked Questions

I am interested in your Content Creation service, but what is the difference between this and Videography?

Content Creation and Videography both create high quality videos which can be used on Social Media. In my Content Creation service, I take photos and videos usually in portrait mode (4:5 ratio and 9:16 ratio) on my work phone, using my equipment featured in the images above. In Videography, that uses a DSLR camera which usually can also do Photography as well. Most Videography work I have seen is shot in landscape mode, which creates a more professional feel to it, highlighting the quality of the work and sometimes provides a better viewing experience. I know many Videographers do also shoot in portrait mode, which can be used as Content for Social Media like my service, but it is down to your preferences.

When you look at some businesses pages on Instagram, they have great images and videos. Is that made using Content Creation?

Yes but the answer is a bit more complex than just Content Creation. Lots of businesses nowadays understand the power and influence of not only having their business on Social Media, but posting great quality images and videos to their page, and consistently. There are various methods to create a synchronised feel to a business's Instagram page such as:

  • Staff member who is the in-house creator. Depending on business size, this person may also be the Marketing person, but for large companies, Content Creation may be their only role.

  • Outsourced freelancer like myself, who comes in to create content made for your Social Media, using your goals as direction. I edit everything and then share it with you onto a shared platform, for you to download should you wish.

  • UGC which stands for User Generated Content. This is a term that has been made within the last 6 years or so, but it is an incredibly powerful tool. UGC Creators are often freelancers as well, but they bring a unique perspective of being a customer of the business. They film their experience whilst using your products/services, taking the stance of 'this is my experience of using this business for X, Y, Z. It was great, here's what it was like for me, and if you want to try it for yourself, go to…' The reason why this is so powerful is from a psychological perspective, people don't always want to try something new unless they know it works, or they will have a good experience there. When they have access to evidence to demonstrate they will most likely have a good experience of this business, because of this specific video online, their trust in it increases. Plus it also provides the opportunity for them to bring along their friends, because the video can easily be shared around.

I am terrible at taking photos of my products, but I don't think I can afford your services. Is there anything I can do to learn how to do it myself?

This is another thing which I hear so much from the micro and small business community. It breaks my heart hearing it, especially when there are so many great businesses out there doing amazing work, but if your images don't do your products justice, I can completely understand how Social Media can then easily take a backseat. It is a never-ending loop!

Due to hearing this problem so much, I have been working on finding a way to not gatekeep this kind of information. If you feel that this is a problem in your business, please give me a follow on social media, sign up to my newsletter and then when plans for this have been finalised; you will be one of the first to know. If you would like to, you can send me an email as well and that will certainly put people like you on my radar. After all, it is people like you I would want to get involved in this. I try to share Marketing knowledge on those platforms that businesses like you can implement anyway, so you would get value from it some way or another!
