1. Consultation

We will have a Marketing Meeting to discuss your business, and how I may be able to help you with your Digital Marketing. If we are a good fit to work together and I have the work capacity, I will draft a bespoke quote for what your business needs, and send it to your email.

2. Planning

If you were to accept the quote within the given timeframe, a services agreement will be made to which all parties must sign before the work starts.

3. Delivery

For Social Media Management, set up will be logging into the necessary accounts, and drafting a content calendar as a starting point. For Content or Photography shoots, we will book something in, and plan what you want the shoot to entail. The delivery of the service is bespoke as it is entirely based around your business.

  • I cannot guarantee that your sales will increase through the work we do together, because I don't know that for certain. But based off previous clients data when more people discover them online, they buy from them because they are well-educated about the mission of the business, and they want to support them.

  • Through the data I collect from your Marketing platforms, I use this to provide a direction to guide the decisions we make together. There is always a reason why I recommend a certain course of action, and usually, it will be based upon the data or on industry trends.

  • If I offer so many services, it may be easy to think there are some I am not as good at. And yes, websites are not my strongest service as I noted on my homepage, but nonetheless, it has been hugely popular for my clients. Having someone doing the Social Media who understands the target audience, then redesigning the website keeps things smooth, efficient and reduces drag through sharing content and other notes.

  • They do not focus on increasing brand awareness online. Having more people informed about your business is a by-product of the other Marketing work they do.

  • Most agencies and other marketing businesses offer multiple services, but no agency offers what I offer. There are not many Photographers who are also Social Media Managers, Content Creators, Website designers, Marketing Strategists and can offer Event Support.

  • Most Freelance Marketing Consultants offer advice on Marketing and Business Strategy through market research, SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and developing marketing plans.

  • Most Social Media Managers are also Content Creators, so they post content on Social Media sometimes using the work they have created, and they provide analytics on the results.

  • As I said above, no one combines the two to increase the brand awareness of a business online, using tailored Marketing services designed to grow your business.

What is included in your Social Media Management (SMM) service?

From the start, we will have a Marketing Meeting to discuss your Marketing requirements, and how we may be able to work together. If there is scope for a partnership between us, I will draft up a bespoke quote explaining everything and send it to your email. If you wish to proceed following on from this, I will create an agreement I ask all parties to sign before starting any work.

The Set Up will be the first task to get sorted, of which my quote will also account for. Signing into your Social Media accounts, creating your data spreadsheet, creating your Brand Kit - these are all tasks included in this cost. 

 

The SMM quote covers posting on your social media accounts on your behalf, using content (photos and videos) that you send to me. During our initial meeting, we will discuss what platforms you already have, if there's any you would like to remove, and what you would like me to manage. I will respond to your account engagement, and messages - some choose not for me to do the latter, which I respect. I will collect historic data from your Social Media at the start of us working together, to then compare it to at the end of each month, and provide it in a format to share it with you.

Can you just give me an off-the-shelf price for your Social Media Management?

My Social Media Management service is one of the most popular, out of all the Digital Marketing services I offer. As each quote is entirely bespoke around the needs of your business, no I cannot give you a price in this way. I need to have a thorough understanding of your business before presenting you with a price, as there may also be some things you do not require, that other clients do. In this case, a quote could be entirely inaccurate for your requirements.

What happens at the end of the first month of working together, with a service like your Social Media Management?

We will have another Marketing Meeting to discuss the past month, online or in person. I will show you the historical data before me, and the past month's data I have harvested from your social media accounts, and explain to you what the figures mean. Based off previous clients, there is a big increase in the amount of people reached and engaged in one month of my work, compared to the months prior.

 

We will also discuss things that worked well, things that didn't work so well, and where to go from here.

 

Some clients I have worked with only need my services for a month, but others are interested in a longer term agreement on an on-going basis, which enables us to build a solid ongoing relationship focused on a cohesive social media identity and presence. No two clients or meetings are the same. 

I know my business is struggling with Marketing, but I am not sure if Social Media is what I need to fix it. Can you advise me on this?

This is something I hear often from many businesses that approach me, and you should know that the answer to this is not necessarily a 'one size fits all' approach. I will share the facts with you based off my experience and working with clients across so many different industries, and you can make a decision from there.

If a business is not on Social Media or they are, but are not using it, that business in many ways might as well be invisible. Social Media is where discovery happens across all areas of society - school leavers discovering jobs they didn't know existed, because someone posted a 'Day in my life' video. Or a post on Health and Safety in the workplace was perceived as controversial, and effectively made it go viral because there was lots of engagement and discussion on it. If you want your business's products/services to be in the place where people find new things they want to support and will share around with others; then getting you active on Social Media is the answer.

However, it also depends on your business, your industry and where your customers are. If your customers are of a certain age that don't really use Social Media, but they do use their emails on a daily basis and they are very loyal to your brand; then maybe my Newsletter service is what you need instead.
