Actions speak louder than wordsright?

 

During my 5 months doing the Worstead Festival's 2025 Marketing for them, I suspected I might have new businesses knocking on my door afterwards, because they could see the huge results the festival had received. â€‹

I had actually met Selena and her sister (who was also one of her business partners) back in June for a Digital Marketing workshop, hosted by Coastal Media before the Worstead Festival. The pair of them approached me asking about what I was doing for the festival, and explaining they were a little interested in outsourcing their Marketing. 

And so when Selena from By The Broads got in touch after the busiest summer of my life, I was naturally hopeful of what would happen, but also feeling smug with myself because clearly she had been watching and waiting for the opportune moment.

In August, discussions started with the owners, Selena and Debbie over what they wanted from my services available, to help them boost their brand awareness online so they could reach more of their target audience.

A video I created which went on their social media, and reached 2.2k Facebook views.

As with many small businesses that come to me asking for Marketing assistance, I have noticed that they struggle to tap into that customer psychology mindset. By saying the right things to the right people in the right places, they will naturally be interested to hear what you have to say, and follow your journey.

We started working together in September, with me managing their social media for them, and using the Content Creation I had created for them early on. (See examples on the left) With this strategic approach, their audience began to skyrocket. â€‹
