By The Broads is a gallery supporting local crafter, makers and artists based in North Walsham. They were aware that they needed to boost their brand awareness to help them reach more of their target audience, so they got in touch for some help with their Digital Marketing.

Project Brief

I met Selena for my usual Marketing Meeting I provide, to get an understanding of her business, and see if there was scope for me to help her increase her brand awareness online. After the usual process of drafting a bespoke quote, back and forth communication, agreements and exchanging signatures; she used my Social Media Management and Content Creation services for just over a month. (I say two months in some of the data above, because I started halfway through August)

Their Content Creation service for their business:​

  • Planning the shoot, so I know what content they wanted

  • Travel

  • Site visit, creating 50 high quality photos and videos, designed for social media 

  • Editing of it all

  • Uploading it to shared storage platform - Google Drive

  • Follow up

Their Social Media Management service:

  • Posting high quality content to their 700+ followers across social media​

  • Responding to regular engagement, and direct messages

  • Data collection, analytics and reporting 

  • Regular communication with the team

Features Of Project

As a creative person myself, this was a real joy getting to work with the By The Broads team. By increasing their brand awareness online, and bringing more footfall into the shop; it helped them to support their existing local artists and others coming onboard. 

They were so pleased with the work I did with them in August 2025, that in February 2026 we worked together again!

Ready To Start Your Journey

If we were to work together, all I do is accentuate what is already there. With all my clients, I have not been able to guarantee them sales from us working together, because I don't know that. All I can do is introduce leads to you, and then it is up to your sales funnel to guide them into making purchases and becoming repeat customers.
