When I was growing up, I never had a favourite colour. I always felt like it was impossible to choose just one, because I loved all of the colours of the rainbow. When I was in my latter teenage years, I began to realise there was one colour I particularly resonated with because of the variety of things it can symbolise. You guessed it - it's red.

When I met Jesse from Norfolk Chilli Farm, despite not being a spice fan myself, I loved his business straight away because of how vibrant his products are, and the red being in so many different shades depending on the surrounding lighting. Taking photos of his products is one of my favourite things because of my significance with the colour, and the ever changing weather surrounding the products.
